Template prepared 10 August 2026.
This draft describes how StaiveWay may collect and use information submitted through the website. Replace StaiveWay with the confirmed legal entity before publication.
Information may include name, business email, phone number, account username, consent records, company details, marketplace interests and messages submitted through forms. Passwords are stored only as secure WordPress password hashes.
Registered-account details and quick-access details are used to authenticate or grant access to website tools, prevent abuse, support account recovery and maintain security. Quick access uses a secure browser cookie and is configured to expire after 30 days.
Consent required to provide tool access is separate from the optional choice to receive contact about StaiveWay services. Record the final communication process and withdrawal method before launch.
Files selected inside Payments Reconciliation are processed by the tool in the visitor’s browser and are not intentionally uploaded to StaiveWay by this workflow. Confirm this behaviour after every tool update.
Document the final hosting provider, email service, security tools, analytics services, account retention period and quick-access lead retention period before launch.
WordPress privacy export and erasure hooks include StaiveWay tool-access data. Add the final process for access, correction, account deletion and consent withdrawal requests. Current contact: contact@staiveway.in.
